Mrs Olamide Alabi is a visionary and dynamic entrepreneur, with strong persuasive instincts and extensive knowledge of leadership principles. She is the Chairman of UMéRA Nigeria Ltd. and sits on the board of Olowolagba Microfinance Bank. She has been instrumental in these companies' exponential growth and spread through her strategic advisory roles.

She is passionate about the national development of Nigeria and she believes that teaching people to embrace the principles of leadership will have an enormous impact on personal and communal growth.

Yemisi Adepoju is an entrepreneur of great substance and a life coach. She has successfully handled many businesses in different fields and has made them reach their peak. Some of the businesses she owns are; Mind, Body and Soul Wellness Center and WEC Foods, amongst others. Having obtained a Bsc in Business Administration, an MSc in Sustainable Tourism Development and other certificates both home and abroad, she has successfully built a community of her own where she impacts many. 

She is popularly known to be a leader who leads by example. She is a Director in Umera Integrated Services Limited, and Mind Body and Soul Wellness Center. She also functions as the Managing Director of Global Intelligence Management Consultants. She is constantly using her skills and resources to help Nigerian youths and change the status quo.
